This is an invitation to a Women’s Medicine Retreat.
We welcome you to join us for this deeply nourishing seven-day journey into the wild, living landscapes within our bodies and sacred lands of India.
Surrounded by the jungles of South Goa, India, we will gather in a circle of like-hearted women, sharing laughter, songs, stories and gentle presence. Held by the luminous energy of these lands, you are invited to return to the quiet stirrings of your creative feminine spirit where we together will be cultivating a sacred sanctuary to deepen your connection to this vital life force.
Together, we will tend to the heart, womb and spirit as a creative portal and be supported by mother nature, deep rest, ritual, creativity and heartfelt connection.
Returning us gently to our truest essence.
This is a retreat to rest, release and reclaim your sacred life force energy. This is an opportunity to let go of patterns that no longer serve and open yourself to your innate wild creativity. All of you is welcome here.

Meet Your Guide:: Sophia
Hello, I’m Sophia. I am devoted to creating nurturing spaces for rest, healing and creativity. My work weaves together Shamanic Herbalism, Womb Yoga(Yoni Shakti teachings), Ceremony and Creative Expression, offering gentle yet deeply transformative pathways for reconnection and embodied awareness.
I lived in India for eight years, a profoundly initiatory time that taught me about the land, its living spiritual traditions and the power of community. While there, I co-created and co-hosted women’s circles, ceremonies and held my first retreat where celebration, vulnerability and deep connection could meet.
The colours, flavors, music and rhythms of India captured my heart and inspired me to guide women into deeper joy, presence and embodied connection.
My work is rooted in::
Embodiment :: Cyclic Embodiment & Feminine-centered healing practices
Ritual & Ceremony :: Women’s circles, the Art Ceremony and sacred plant journeys
Creative Expression :: Eco-printing, mindfulness in drawing and crafting
Gentle Restoration :: Yoga Nidra, womb-friendly yoga and trauma-informed facilitation
This retreat is a space I hold with deep care, presence and reverence and solely for you to rest, explore and reconnect with yourself. India is a powerful portal for expansion and I am forever grateful to the land and it’s beautiful people. Come experience the magick for yourselves.
