Imagine this, a room lit by candlelight, warm chai in hand, soft music playing in the background and you feel like you are drawing away whilst hanging out with friends.
I’m hosting another drawing workshop that’s all about slowing down, getting creative and connecting with like minded people. Whether you’re a total beginner or just want a cosy space to explore🪷✨
Mindfulness in Drawing Workshops are Rooted in play and guided by curiosity. These workshops are a space to explore drawing as a mindful, joyful practice. Blending experimental art-making with somatic awareness, we focus on presence, process and authentic expression.
Part creative workshop, part mindfulness ceremony, each session begins with a grounding meditation, an invitation to listen deeply to your breath, your body and your inner creative intuitive space within.
From there, we draw not just with our hands but with our breath, senses and feeling, creating from a place of flow and connection.
We’ll explore a variety of drawing materials and playful co-creation exercises, each designed to help you drop into your body, awaken your senses and express freely.
🌿 No art experience necessary just a willingness to explore, be curious and let go of perfection. It’s not about the end result, but the process and inner journey.
🌀 In this workshop we will:
• Practice mindfulness through drawing
• Use breath and body awareness to guide creativity
• Focus on process over product
• Cultivate flow, freedom, and authentic expression
If you feel called to bring a partner or a friend along please do! This is a space for everybody, a circle open to all.
