Join us on April 4th for a special edition of this mindfulness in drawing series::The Art Ceremony:: Womb of the Earth.

Mindfulness in Drawing Workshops are Rooted in play and guided by curiosity. These workshops are a space to explore drawing as a mindful, joyful practice. Blending experimental art-making with somatic awareness, we focus on presence, process and authentic expression.

Part creative workshop, part mindfulness ceremony, each session begins with a grounding meditation, an invitation to listen deeply to your breath, your body and your inner creative intuitive space within.

In this workshop we are going to be cultivating a creative portal and moving from the head to the heart and womb, creating not for perfection but to nourish your creative feminine spirit. Additionally, in addition to mindfulness in drawing practices, I’ll be sharing a series of gentle, powerful womb-centered practices throughout the session. Expect warm chai, gentle music and a space to water the wellsprings of your own vitality.
No art experience is needed,just your breath and a curious spirit.
