Womb Yoga & Cyclical Support

Over the years, I have trained in many women’s health, yoga, movement and herbal traditions that support women’s wellbeing. This body of study informs my 1:1 womb yoga and cyclical support healing sessions, which are offered as a grounded and supportive space for reconnection.

These sessions are an invitation to return to your body’s natural intelligence and rhythm. Each one is uniquely shaped around you, offering space to explore womb health, embodiment and a deeper sense of wholeness at a pace that feels safe and nourishing.

Held with care and attention, this work is both gentle and intuitive, supporting you to slow down, listen inwardly and reconnect with the cyclical nature of your body and life.

This work is informed by womb-centred yoga therapy (Yoni Shakti Yoga Therapy, founded by Uma Dinsmore Tuli) with the understanding that the body, especially the womb is a place of deep intuitive intelligence, rest, creativity and renewal.

Rooted in cyclical wisdom, these 1:1 sessions support you to reconnect with your body, your breath and your natural rhythms. Rather than striving or fixing, this is a gentle return to listening, unlearning and re-learning how your body speaks, rests and restores itself.

Womb Yoga & Cyclical Support may be helpful if you are navigating or have experienced:

  • reconnection to menstrual or cyclical rhythms

  • stress, overwhelm and nervous system regulation

  • emotional holding patterns in the body

  • fertility, preconception, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, abortion or postpartum support

  • creative reconnection and inner listening

  • life transitions and thresholds

Sessions are slow, intuitive and adapted to you. They may include breath awareness, gentle movement, restorative yoga, guided rest (yoga nidra) and reflective practices.

How 1:1 sessions work

Each journey begins with a short intake form to help me understand your needs, intentions and any relevant physical or emotional context. This allows sessions to be personalised to tend to your needs and be held safely with care.

Your first session is a deeper intake + therapeutic exploration. From there, we work in a way that feels supportive for your body whether that is short-term or ongoing care.

Sessions are held in person in Jersey, Channel Islands, in your home, outdoors in nature if weather permits or online where appropriate.

This is not a clinical or prescriptive approach. It is a relational, body-led practice rooted in listening, presence and cyclical awareness.

These group spaces are designed to explore cyclical living, embodiment, rest and reconnection in community. Retreats offer a deeper immersion into slowing down and returning to our natural rhythm.
