Join us for a nourishing day in nature to honour the turning of the seasons and reconnect with the wisdom of the feminine body and earth. Honouring the solstice reminds us that we are part of the living cycles of the earth.

We’ll begin with Earth Altering to tune into the directions and orient into the body, followed by a voice connection practice opening expression and truth through sound.
We will share gentle womb-centered embodiment, reconnecting to your inner wisdom and intuitive flow. You will experience The Art Ceremony, a creativity ritual to explore and create from your source of innate creativity, creating space for joy and being witnessed in this freeing space. We are going to be cultivating a creative portal and moving from the head to the heart and womb, creating not for perfection but to nourish your creative feminine spirit.

As the light shifts, we’ll walk down to the sea for a Solstice Ocean Dip to receive the Water Element and to honour the season and ourselves.

We’ll close the day by getting warm and eating a grounding dinner together and sharing a warm beverage and sweet treat.
